China Economist named a “Most Popular English Journal of 2025”

The National Center for Philosophy and Social Sciences Documentation recently released its “Most Popular Journals Report (2025)”. Based on the report, China Economist (中国经济学人, 中英文) ranked first among the 26 domestically hosted English-language journals available on the platform, and was awarded the “2025 Most Popular English Journal” certificate.

Supervised by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and hosted by its Institute of Industrial Economics, China Economist is indexed in EconLit, EBSCO, ProQuest and SCOPUS, and is selected into the CASS China Humanities and Social Sciences Journals (AMI) English core list.
